For members of the association, the data collected is used solely to provide information on the association's activities. Of course, any member may at any time request access to their data, rectify it, delete some of it or delete it completely.
The data is kept for the duration of the commitment to the association, which is established by payment of an annual subscription. Data is destroyed after two years of non-payment of membership fees.
In the case of requests for information sent via the "Contact the association" page, the data required for us to reply is kept until the message has been processed. Once the messages have been processed, this data (surname, first name, e-mail address, message content) is destroyed.

Your personal data is processed solely by the association's membership file manager. It may be consulted by the President, the Secretary and Deputy Secretary, the Treasurer and Deputy Treasurer and, if necessary, communicated to a member of the Board of Directors responsible for an outing or trip organised by the association. Your details may also be passed on to the secretariat of the Musée Antoine Vivenel, so that they can keep you informed of museum events (exhibition openings, room inaugurations, etc.), if you have given your consent on the membership form.

The data kept relates solely to site traffic measurements. It is kept for one year.
