Data usage

For members of the association, the data collected is used solely to provide information on the association's activities. Members may, of course, request access to their data at any time, and may rectify, delete or completely erase it.
Data is kept for the duration of the member's commitment to the association, which is established by payment of an annual membership fee. Data is destroyed after two years of non-payment of membership fees.
In the case of requests for information sent via the "Contact the association" page, the data necessary for us to reply is kept until the message has been processed. Once messages have been processed, this data (surname, first name, e-mail address, message content) is destroyed.

Data access

Your personal data is processed solely by the association's membership file manager. It may be consulted by the president, secretary and deputy secretary, treasurer and deputy treasurer and, if necessary, communicated to a member of the Board of Directors responsible for an outing or trip organized by the association. Your contact details may also be passed on to the secretariat of the Musée Antoine Vivenel, for information on museum events (exhibition openings, room inaugurations, etc.), if you have given your consent on the membership form.
