For members of the association, the data collected is used solely to provide information on the association’s activities. Naturally, any member may at any time request access to their data, request corrections, request the deletion of certain items, or request the complete deletion of their data.
Data is retained for the duration of membership of the association, which is established by payment of an annual subscription. Data is destroyed after two years of non-payment of subscription fees.
For enquiries submitted via the ‘Contact the association’ page, the data required for us to respond is retained until the messages have been processed. Once the messages have been processed, this data (surname, first name, email address, message content) is destroyed.

Your personal data is processed solely by the manager of the association’s membership database. It may be accessed by the chairperson, the secretary and the assistant secretary, the treasurer and the assistant treasurer and, where necessary, shared with a member of the Board of Directors responsible for an outing or trip organised by the association. Your contact details may also be shared with the secretariat of the Antoine Vivenel Museum, so that you may be informed about museum events (exhibition openings, gallery inaugurations, etc.), provided you have given your consent on the membership form.
