Latest news from the association and the museums:
The new Compiègne Figurine Museum was officially opened on Saturday 23 May 2026
At the heart of the museum, a selection drawn from a ‘Musée de France’ collection comprising some 155,000 items is presented through a completely revamped permanent exhibition, brought to life by an original scenography that immerses visitors in the extraordinary world of figurines.
Across six themed areas, visitors are invited to explore the history, uses, techniques and imagination inspired by figurines. Whether displayed on their own or set within dioramas, interactive installations or audiovisual content, the figurines come together to offer a unique experience accessible to all.
